Introduction of Nile Gold Centrifuge

Centrifugal gold concentrator is a new type of ore dressing equipmen improved on the basis of similar products.It is mainly used to recover the visible gold  from placer gold or rock gold.It can also be used for flotation concentrate and gold tailings processing.

Gold centrifuge details and structure

The water-jacketed gold centrifuge consists of a feed pipe, frame, tailings chute, double-deck gold centrifuge bucket, drive motor, and vertical shaft. The inner layer of the double-deck gold centrifuge bucket is a conical structure with annular spacers. The outer wall is equipped with small injection holes, forming a closed water jacket with the outer layer. Mineral separation is achieved through backwash water pressure (0.03-0.06MPa).

How a gold centrifuge works

During operation, high-speed rotation generates centrifugal force, causing denser mineral particles to settle on the cylinder wall, while lighter impurities are carried away by the water flow. This equipment has the advantages of large processing capacity, high recovery rate, and low energy consumption, and is widely used in placer gold mines and small ore processing plants.

Gold centrifuge applicable raw materials

The gold centrifuge is suitable for the recovery of gold from placer gold, vein gold and polymetallic ores. It can replace mercury plate operations and beneficiate gold-bearing heavy sand after washing in chutes and gold dredging vessels.

Uganda Gold CIL Plant Project
